per night (April 1 through September 30). All rates single or
double occupancy. Extra persons $20 per night/per person and
pets - $15 per night/pets.
We have
smoking &
non-smoking rooms for the comfort of our guests. Our
deluxe rooms with a balcony & 27" flat screen television with
built-in VCR & DVD player overlook either Fifth Avenue or our
rear sunning area and start at $139.00
We have a 2 night
minimum on weekends and a 3 night minimum on holidays and
special events. Please ask about our low weekly & special
package rates.
We have limited parking
available next door at $12/night ($25/night during special event
periods) as well as ample metered and non metered street
parking.
